Authors are invited to submit an abstract, using the provided template, for either an oral or a poster presentation. As specified in the template, the abstract must clearly indicate the preferred type of presentation (oral or poster) as well as the relevant conference theme. The abstract must not exceed one pages, including references, figures, and tables (please respect this page limit).
All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review.

Once submitted, your abstract will be evaluated through a peer-review process.
- You will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection by email within a specified timeframe.
- If accepted, please follow the instructions provided to complete your registration.
Registration includes access to all conference sessions. Please note that submission and registration are two separate steps. Only registered participants will receive a link to access the live broadcast of the conference. To complete their registration, participants must send a copy of their payment receipt by email to the conference secretariat.
