“Oral presentations are allocated 20 minutes in total. We recommend limiting the talk to a maximum of 15 minutes, allowing at least 5 minutes for questions and discussion. For poster presentations, we suggest a 10-minute presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. All abstracts must be written in clear, publication-ready English, with proper grammar and spelling. Abstracts may be presented in either English or French. Presentations should include the title, authors' names, contact information, and the main research findings. Where appropriate, presenters are encouraged to include tables, figures, and graphs to support their results. ”

Proceedings Publication

“All accepted abstracts will be published online in the Proceedings of the National Conference on Emerging Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion (NCEMESC’25).”

The evaluation of submissions to the Conference on Emerging Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion (NCEMESC’25) plays a key role in maintaining the scientific quality and relevance of the presented work. Each paper undergoes a careful review by two members of the scientific committee.
  • The scientific committee is composed of qualified experts with recognized experience in relevant research areas.
  • Each submission is assigned to two reviewers.
  • Reviewers are selected based on their expertise related to the topic of the paper.
  • Once submitted, papers are distributed to two reviewers for assessment.
  • The review is based on the following criteria:
    • Novelty and importance of the research.
    • Structure and clarity of the manuscript.
    • Soundness of the methodology and research approach.
    • Contribution to the field.
    • Quality and relevance of references.
    • Adherence to ethical standards.
  • Reviewers are expected to provide constructive and respectful feedback.
  • They must evaluate each submission objectively, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses.
  • Confidentiality must be maintained throughout the process.
  • Reviewers submit detailed comments and propose one of the following outcomes:
    • Accept as is.
    • Accept with minor revisions.
    • Reject.
  • Authors are informed of the review results within the established timeframe.
  • If revisions are needed, reviewers’ comments are shared to help improve the abstract.

Final Acceptance

“Abstract that meet the required quality standards will be accepted for presentation at the conference.”

Presentation Requirement

“At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work during the online conference.”
